In Memoriam, Edwina Hardin Davis September 10, 2002 You left me to be with Jesus in Heaven a year ago this month. You are the great love of my life, darling, and my sweetheart and best friend. The bonds of love that were formed between us on this side of the grave will carry over to the other side of the grave and last for all time and eternity. Though I know that you are now resting peacefully in the loving arms of Jesus free of all the physical pain and suffering that you knew on this earth, I still miss you so very much. However, I am able to comfort myself with the blessed assurance that we will be united again come the Rapture, when Jesus returns to the clouds above the earth to claim for Himself those dead and living in Him at that time.

I look forward to that day with ioy in my heart. It was a privilege and honor to love you and serve you as your husband on this earth, darling. Until we meet again, a heart full of love to you from Daddy.
