Nola Penley Hendrix's Obituary
Mrs. Hendrix Services for Nola Penley Robinson Petty Hendrix. 84, of 20 Momingside Drive, West Asheville. who died Tuesday, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday MRS. HENDRIX in Woodfn Church of God. of which she was a charter member and was a member of the Senior Bible Class. The Revs. Ronald Dodson and Orville Nations win officiate. Burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. A native of Madison County and a resident of the Woodfm and Asheville areas most of her life, she was a daughter of the late Jess and Matilda Thomas Penley. Mrs. Hendrix was an active church and community worker. She was the wife of the late William Ebb Robinson who died in I960. Lardy Petty who died in 1770 and Hubert Hendrix who died in 1874. She is survived by a son, Clyde T. Robinson of Weaver-ville: Weaver-ville: Weaver-ville: two daughters. Mrs. Marie McKimey of Black Mountain and Mrs. Elizabeth Hensley of West Asheville, with whom she made her borne; a brother, Gudger Chandler of Leicester; a sister, Mrs. Eva Ballard of Asheville; 18 grandchildren. grandchildren. 39 great-grandchildren great-grandchildren great-grandchildren and three great-greatgrandchildren. great-greatgrandchildren. great-greatgrandchildren. great-greatgrandchildren.
